Data Deletion Request — Easy Note Calc
Effective date: May 1, 2026 · Den Digital LLC
This page explains how to delete data associated with your use of Easy Note Calc (the "App").
1. What data exists, and where
Easy Note Calc does not require an account. We do not collect, transmit, or store your sheets, calculations, or any personal information on our servers. The only data that exists is:
- On your device: your sheets, calculations, and app preferences, stored locally by the App's standard storage.
- With Google AdMob: your device's advertising identifier, approximate location (derived from IP), and ad-interaction signals collected by Google AdMob to serve and measure advertisements. This data is held by Google, not by us.
2. How to delete the on-device data
Uninstalling the App from your device permanently removes all calculator content, sheets, and app preferences. There is no remote copy to delete because nothing was ever uploaded.
If you want to clear data without uninstalling, you can clear the App's storage from your device's system settings:
- Android: Settings → Apps → Easy Note Calc → Storage → Clear data
- iOS: Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Easy Note Calc → Offload App / Delete App
3. How to delete the AdMob advertising data
To request deletion of advertising data Google AdMob has associated with your advertising identifier:

If you would like our help confirming that no data associated with you exists in our systems, or you have any other deletion-related question, email us at support@dendigital.us. Include the email subject line "Easy Note Calc data deletion request." We will respond within 30 days.
Note: Because Easy Note Calc requires no account and stores no user data on our servers, there is typically nothing on our side to delete. The most direct way to remove all data associated with your use of the App is to uninstall it and reset your advertising identifier as described above.
