By downloading, installing, or using Easy Note Calc ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and REI Today LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App. You must be at least 13 years of age to use Easy Note Calc.

You agree not to use Easy Note Calc to violate any applicable law, attempt unauthorized access to the App or related systems, interfere with the App's integrity or performance, use automated scripts to access the App, transmit viruses or malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Easy Note Calc may offer in-app purchases or premium features. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
The free version of Easy Note Calc displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to the display of these advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
Easy Note Calc and all of its content, features, and functionality are owned by REI Today LLC and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your calculation data remains your property — we make no claim to the content of your personal calculation sheets.
Calculation results should be independently verified before being used for financial, legal, medical, or other important decisions. We are not responsible for errors in calculations or reliance on results produced by the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, REI Today LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of data, financial losses from reliance on calculation results, or any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, or $10.00 USD if you have made no payments.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Easy Note Calc at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting the App from your device.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Easy Note Calc after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
