Results produced by the App are for personal informational purposes only. Verify any calculation that has financial, legal, structural, medical, or safety consequences with a qualified professional before acting on it.
Your sheets and calculator content are stored on your device. We do not back them up. If you uninstall the App, change devices, or your device fails, your data may be lost. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups if you require them.
The free version of the App is supported by advertisements served via Google AdMob. By using the App you acknowledge that ads will be displayed and that AdMob may collect certain information as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App, its design, code, and content are owned by Den Digital LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, the accuracy of any calculation, or that the App will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Den Digital LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including any loss of data or any consequence of relying on a calculation produced by the App.
We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State where Den Digital LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
