You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you enter and for safely performing any exercises you log. The App is a tracking tool; it does not provide medical or fitness advice.
Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any exercise program. The App is not a substitute for professional advice or supervision. You assume all risks associated with exercise.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately at support@dendigital.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
The App, its design, code, and content (other than your own workout data) are owned by Den Digital LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the App will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Den Digital LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in abuse. You may terminate your account at any time via the in-app settings or by emailing support.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State where Den Digital LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
